Your challenges will include:

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with the education sector, affiliated members, certified members, and partners of the Lifesaving Society;
  • For lifesaving and first aid programs, as well as school-based programs, you will:You will need to listen and find solutions to resolve issues and act as a liaison with Lifesaving Society staff and members;
    • Assist organizations in the implementation of our programs;
    • Plan, organize, manage, and evaluate programs;
    • Advise the education sector, affiliated members, and certified members of the Lifesaving Society;
    • Actively support clients to maintain a high level of satisfaction and promote a positive user experience, encouraging the use of our programs;
    • Participate in the development of strategies and implement actions to increase participant numbers across all regions of Quebec.
  • You will coordinate the activities of volunteer working groups to carry out projects aimed at improving programs, updating guides, and manuals under your responsibility;
  • You will also coordinate and contribute to the development and updating of tools to support programs, such as guides, manuals, lesson plans, activity plans, and other necessary resources.

What you need to seize this great opportunity:

  • A university degree in a related field;
  • At least three (3) years of professional experience;
  • Experience in teaching or supervising instructors;
  • Familiarity with the Lifesaving Society's programs;
  • Experience in program management (an asset);
  • A strong team spirit;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and the ability to communicate in English;
  • Strong knowledge of computer tools.

Additional information: We offer an hourly wage between $29 and $36, plus additional benefits.
