    The Lifesaving Society is following in the footsteps of sports federations recognized by the Quebec government, by adopting a Policy, Rules and Procedures for the Protection of Integrity.
  • THE OFFICIAL SELF-DIRECTED SWIM TRANSITION INSTRUCTOR CLINIC APPROVED BY THE LIFESAVING SOCIETY CANADA
    The Lifesaving Society and Canadian Red Cross have created special pathways by which Red Cross certification holders transition to Lifesaving Society certifications. The Swim Transition Instructor Clinic (STIC) is one of those pathways for Water Safety Instructors and Trainers.
  • CHANGES IN THE PREREQUISITES FOR THE NATIONAL LIFEGUARD AWARD
    Some prerequisites have been organized for candidates wishing to follow the National Lifeguard training.

  • LIFEGUARD FOR LIFE
    The Lifesaving Society, in partnership with Leger DGTL, is proud to announce the launch of a campaign aimed at promoting and highlight the professions of lifeguard and instructor to the general public and professionals in the field.
  • PATENT PRINTING
    Since the return of the holidays, access to the offices of the Regroupement Loisir et Sport Québec (RSLQ) and the Lifesaving Society has been limited. The Lifesaving Society will continue to process and update all exam files, but no certificate or certificate copy will be mailed.
  • HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

    The Lifesaving Society invites you to find out the dates when its office is closed for the holiday season.
